RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your choice. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the artwork for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on my return policy.
RETURN REQUIREMTS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returned items must arrive in new and unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or broken.
Please note, while I cover the shipment cost to you in the first place, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and for selecting a proper shipping service. It is highly recommended to choose a shipping service that offers parcel tracking and insurance covering the item’s full value in case of loss, damage, or breakage during transit.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send me a message via CONTACT to receive the return address the package must mailed to. Afterwards place the item securely in its original packaging and add its Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) to the parcel.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, I will process your return. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed and provide either your store credit or the evidence of the refund I made by bank transfer.
EXCEPTIONS
In case you received the item damaged or broken, you are not responsible for any return charges. Please CONTACT me to arrange a refund. Please note, that I take a lot of care to package my artworks properly to ensure a safe transit. However, the package might get damaged during transit by the shipping company that causes damage to the artwork. To get the damage covered by the shippping insurace, I need you to provide pictures of the damaged package allwoing me to proof their mistake.
